for both surgical and physician practices. Her expertise spans a wide range of specialties, including
orthopaedics (upper and lower limb), psychiatry, ophthalmics, obstetrics, nephrology, colorectal, urology
and pain management.

Pippa offers comprehensive support to her specialist clients, covering areas such as business development
advice, the configuration and setup of new medical practices, staff upskilling, process policy and procedure
design / review, practice and financial health checks and third-party contract management (including
WorkCover, Health Funds, and ICT systems).

She possesses expert-level knowledge in delivering training across various practice management
software platforms, including Genie/Gentu, Xestro, Zedmed, Clinic to Cloud, Shexie, Blue Chip, Total Care,
and Halaxy. Pippa is also proficient in integrated software components like Medical Objects, Eclipse, and
Simplified Billing.

Pippa takes a comprehensive approach to developing staff skills essential for maintaining high standards
of patient care within a practice. Her experience encompasses running clinics, theatre booking and
scheduling, billing (including assistant/anaesthetist), confidential handling of information, understanding
